By accessing robertsforzone7.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Sean Roberts for Zone 7 (the "Campaign"), a candidate-controlled committee registered with the Alameda County Registrar of Voters.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any local, state, or federal law.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Make a contribution in another person's name or on behalf of a foreign national.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or the systems of any user.

Campaign contributions

Contributions made through this Site are subject to California campaign finance law and are processed by Anedot, our payment processor. By contributing, you certify that:

  • You are a United States citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
  • The contribution is made from your own funds, not those of another.
  • You are not a federal contractor.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • The contribution is made on a personal credit card or bank account, not a corporate one.

Contributions to the Campaign are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Intellectual property

The content of this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Roberts for Zone 7 wordmark, is the property of the Campaign and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except that you may share links to the Site freely.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Campaign does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Information about water policy, election procedures, and dates is provided in good faith but should be verified with official sources before relying on it for action.
